New year, new us!

Hello friends, loyal followers, fellow time travellers and museum lovers! Happy 2013, I hope you are looking forward to a great year of exhibitions and events in the greatest city on earth (London clearly). In that spirit, we here at the Curiosity Collective are undergoing a little re-furb, and are being re-born the Ministry of Curiosity. Why change such a fabulous name you ask? Well the reasons are boring and legal-related, but we have decided that we want to create a stronger brand for ourselves. We have had such an amazing response from everyone in the London museum community, why not upgrade from a collective to the definitive Ministry? We of course still would like to think of ourselves as an open and friendly community of museum geeks from all professions and walks of life, so don't feel intimidated by our new name! We are also always looking for contributors, collaborators, interviewees, style gurus, so please feel free to send us a message and join the Ministry yourself!

You'll be seeing our name change on our Twitter, Facebook and blog (so you may need to re-save some of those pages if you have them as favourites). If you aren't already following us on all those sites (silly people) then our Twitter remains @CuriosityTweet, look up the Ministry of Curiosity on Facebook and you've already found us at http://theministryofcuriosity.blogspot.co.uk/

Thanks again for all your support, and check back soon for some exciting news and updates (including Museums Showoff and our first field-trip!)
