Things have been busy here at the Ministry of Curiosity headquarters getting ready for our workshop at next week's Museums Association Conference! We are planning a #ministrytakeover of the way we think about social media and we will be asking all of you to help us write a new Social Media Manifesto! Who is coming to see us?!
In our session, we'll be thinking about not how museums are using social media, but how we can use it better. We believe social media should be critical, engaging, authentic, and above all, fun! So we hope you'll enjoy our cheeky proclamations over the next few days- just something to get you thinking!
If you are coming to Cardiff, our workshop is being held at the Norwegian Church Arts Centre at 10:30am on Friday the 10th. But even if you aren't coming along you can still get involved in the discussion! We'll be live tweeting the whole event and you can make sure your thoughts are heard by tweeting us with the hashtag #ministrytakeover.
